E36 M3 with under 3K miles
Well, if you have always wanted the PERFECT E36 - this may be your last chance at an almost new one.

Its about as perfect as they came for US spec cars - 1999 (last year), Estoril blue/dove gray, 5 speed, HK sound, LTW wheels.

Less than 3,000 miles - $35,000.

The way I see it? I'd rather drive this than almost any new $35,000 car on the market. Of course, seeing how long it has sat - it will certainly need to be thoroughly looked over - possibly new tires - and be ready to replace anything that may have dried out over the years (seals, hoses, whatever). Regardless, VERY cool to see such a time capsule car.

Interesting and beautiful car. I would try and find one with a bit more miles that had more regular use though.

Low mileage like that actually scares me more than buying a higher mileage car.

RE: E36 M3 with under 3K miles
Not too long ago I drove a white 1997 M3 coupe with 19,000 original miles. I thought that was low mileage -- only 3,000 miles is truly exceptional!

I agree with 1quick35 though that this is simply too few miles. Cars are meant to be driven and hoses and seals will still wear after all these years.

1quick35 +2

Not putting miles on a car like that is like not having sex with your boyfriend so he will be more attractive to his next boyfriend.
