Do a 5 lugbolt conversion.
You'll need E36 front suspension
E36/7 (Z3) rear trailing arms.

Also if you're lowering it add an Ireland Engineering adjustable toe/camber kit. I have a set that I probably won't use... Smile

Put a MZ3 differential cover on. It's finned for better cooling.

5 Lug isn't really worth it for me at this point. This is going to be a fun DD. I will be building a monster Miata when this is finished as a weekend car, or a Motorcycle

RE: Gay Car Fans Project BMW E30
You can get a crossbrace from the E36 M3 or Z3 and put it on the E30, it REALLY stiffens the front end. It's like a strut tower brace but it goes under the car. I'll look for a picture.

Hmm that seems like a great junkyard find type of thing. Is there any drilling involved. I'm currently looking for a m50. I found one with 160k for 450 obo. Sound like a decent deal?

Yeah it sounds like a good deal. Is it OBD 1 or OBD 2?
