Heart Take Your Top Off NOW! (Favorite Convertible Thread)
What is your favorite drop top? Mine is easily the AP1 S2000, I feel it captures what a roadster is all about. Your turn!

How have I never heard of this before?!? I had no idea CRX Convertibles were made. Was that really a factory effort? Sold here in North America? Any SI variants?

Who knows more info?

What? You're straight?
Miata, eh, I do like them, but I wasn't thinking about it at the time.

The other cars that I was going to list were:
Bentley Continental GTC, Cadillac Allante, Infiniti G37, 90's Gen Lotus Elan, Maserati Cambiocorsa, Masterati GranCabrio, 2011 Mercedes E-Class, 1st Gen Mercedes SLK, Mitsubishi Colt, Nissan Micra C+C, 2004-2007 Saab 9-3, Smart Fortwo, and the newest facelift for the Volvo C70.

RE: Take Your Top Off NOW! (Favorite Convertible Thread)
Some more information about cars that have been converted to convertible.
Wikipedia Info
I mainly looked for this information, because I want to find a car that hasn't been done, and do it my self. Preferably one that is a coupe, not a hatchback, and door glass doesn't have a frame around it. I've seen a Dodge Neon, Honda Civic, Nissan Maxima and Cadillac Escalade(Hideous, because they're four-doors)
Nissan Maxima,

It wasn't a good decision to remove the roof from these cars because of their weak structure. I had the standard coupe and the body would sag so much (when on a lift) that I could barely open the doors. http://www.redpepperracing.com/forums/in...opic=42018

Present-
996 GT3
LT Discovery
R1 Ranger

E46 M3 Coupe
BB1 Prelude VTEC

Gotta go with the classics...

Too bad I'm far too tall to drive one...

And then, the car it's based off of... I suspect both are more fun for the observer than the owner because of their nature- pretty basic.
